2025-2026 Out-of-District 
Online Enrollment Request 

If you live outside the Lake Station Community Schools boundary lines, but still wish to enroll a student(s) in our district, you must first fill out the "Out-of-District Enrollment Request Form." If approved, you'll receive an email with directions on how to complete enrollment.
