Out-of-District Enrollment Request 

• We are no longer accepting out-of district student enrollment requests for the current 2021-2022 school year.   
  
  
• We are accepting out-of-district student enrollment requests for the 2022-2023 school year. If you live outside the Lake Station Community Schools boundary lines, but still wish to enroll a student(s) in our district, you must first fill out the "Out-of-District Enrollment Request Form." Request Forms are due by July 15, 2022.  If approved, you'll receive an email with directions on how to complete enrollment.
