The FEMA STEP Program Visited Bailey Elementary School this year. Bailey was featured in their STEP Video. Lake Station Community Schools is a model school district for the FEMA Step program. While meals are free again this year for all students, you still must complete the Free/Reduced Meals application in order to qualify for Textbook Rental Assistance and other possible educational benefits.
