Mrs. Burton graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education in May 1992. She returned to Ball State to earn her Master's of Education degree in Special Education in May 2002.  

      Mrs. Burton has been employed by the Northwest Indiana Special Education Cooperative since August 1997.
