• Bailey Elementary School Mission Statement
     
    The mission of Virgil I. Bailey Elementary school, in partnership with
     parents and community, is to establish an educational environment, which
     promotes the development of life-long learners.  We challenge each child
     with an educational program that meets the needs of each individual
     through curiosity, cooperation, respect, creative and critical thinking. We
    empower each student with the life skills necessary to become a
    contributing member of an increasingly complex society.
