Edison Bands have a rich musical tradition going back to 1938. The experience students will have as a part of this organization will be unique and something that will be remembered their entire life.

For over 80 years, bands at Edison have been providing musical support to our Lake Station community, and to join the ranks of that history is a privilege. As students grow as musician and understand the musical world we live in, they will be better equipped for life after high school. Students who participate in band work to become better citizens in our community and provides an opportunity to become part of something larger than the individual. As an ensemble activity, all the musicians work to create a unified band that works and performs together. By striving to be the very best we can be, we work to instill a drive for excellence and a pride in all that we do.
