• Credit Recovery Program
In the past, students have had to wait until summer school to retake failed classes and recover lost credits, but there is an opportunity for students to recover lost credits during the school year. Edison implemented the Credit Recovery Program in the second semester of the 2008-09 school year, and this program will continue to be offered to students throughout every school year. The program operates after school Tuesday and Thursday every week from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM in the Alternative School computer lab. The after school program is supervised by a qualified teacher who is there to facilitate, tutor, and support student work. Edison has been using Edmentum since the summer of 2019.
There is a fee of $50 for each course, and grades will not be added to a student's transcript until payment is made.
